After some of the reviews on client's fan page and website content, the biggest issues that I always notice is:
And, this is ONE of the reasons why most of the people failed when they promote their business online. (through social media like Facebook, Google)
The MOST terrible one that I have seen is a fan page (selling slimming products) that is almost filled with product photo, highlight with those features, and keep on mentioning how many clients have bought their products.
That's it.
They think that customers will just inquire or make a purchase after seeing a FULL product details.
But the fact is, no matter how well they write, all are based on their OWN point of view.
And, it is like hoping that there will be at least ONE, out of so many points to target the audience's heart and make a deal.
In fact, they never think from the angle of consumer who see the advertisement and ask themselves:
Here, you may ask...
First of all, we must aware that, what's actually a person is thinking before they buy a product? What is in their mind?
If today, you walk-in to a hardware shop and looking for a drill.
The salesperson told you about how good the quality is, where it is made from, the product details & benefits.
And lastly, you bought it.
And I would like to ask, the deal is made because of the salesman's talk or you yourself having a need for that drill?
In fact, the main reason why a person buy a drill is not because of the quality or the price of the product.
The main reason of that purchase is a need to drill a hole on a certain spot.
Just as if you were planning to be more healthy today, you may go and get a fruit blender.
And, it was because your plan to be more healthy, not because of the blender was made in somewhere with high quality, high spec and etc.
Most of the business owners are loving their product or service too much.
And, this is ONE of the reasons why most of the people failed when they promote their business online. (through social media like Facebook, Google)
In other words, they are over focus on mentioning whatever about their product or service.
